The kick-off meeting began with welcome remarks by Communications Specialist Julia Jokelin from the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). After that, Project Coordinator Szabó Réka from The National Directorate General for Hospitals (OKFŐ) took the floor to introduce the WP2 team and outline the project’s communication and dissemination strategy, which focuses on targeted messaging, strong stakeholder engagement, and adherence to EU communication requirements.

Afterwards, participants were introduced to JA Stockpile’s visual identity. The newly finalised project leaflet was presented, while other visual materials — including banners, templates and social media assets — were briefly revisited. Ongoing and upcoming communication activities were also discussed, ranging from website news and LinkedIn updates to the first project newsletter, planned to be released during spring.

A key message of the kick-off was collaboration: all partners play an important role in sharing project achievements, events, and milestones. By working together, WP2 aims to ensure that JA Stockpile’s work reaches the right audiences and delivers lasting impact.

The meeting concluded with an open discussion and a look ahead at what’s coming next - setting a positive and energetic tone for the communication work ahead.
